Legal requirements (employer side)
- Valid demand letter attested by the destination country's Chamber of Commerce and the Bangladesh Embassy / Consulate.
- Power of attorney authorising Maishi to act on behalf of the employer.
- Job order specifying positions, salaries, contract duration and benefits.
- Company registration and trade licence of the foreign employer.
- Visa approval or pre-approval from the destination immigration authority (where applicable).
- Service agreement between Maishi and the employer.
