Pre-departure orientation (PDO), ticketing and secure deployment to destination site.
Legal compliance at each step
- Step 1: Demand letter must be attested by the Bangladesh Embassy and registered with BMET.
- Step 2: Candidates must be verified against BMET's database; no underage or undocumented workers.
- Step 3: Pre-screening includes verification of original passports, national ID and educational certificates.
- Step 4: Trade test must be conducted by certified instructors; results are documented.
- Step 5: Medical tests must be from GAMCA-approved centres for GCC countries; EU countries may have specific medical requirements.
- Step 6: Visa processing follows destination country immigration laws; police clearance and attestations from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Bangladesh.
- Step 7: Pre-departure orientation is mandatory as per BMET rules; insurance and welfare fund contributions are made.
