Legal requirements (candidate side)
- Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity)
- National ID card (Bangladesh) or citizenship certificate (Nepal)
- Educational certificates (attested)
- Experience certificates (if any)
- Police clearance certificate
- Medical fitness certificate (GAMCA for GCC, local approved for EU)
- Visa from destination country (processed by Maishi)
- Employment contract signed by employer and worker
- BMET registration card (for Bangladesh workers)
- Insurance and welfare fund contribution

EU (Greece, Malta, Italy, Portugal)
Work permit often requires employer sponsorship, EU Blue Card for highly skilled, or national work visa. Maishi coordinates with the employer for the work permit application.

GAMCA medical, embassy attestation and visa stamping.
Asia (Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Macau, South Korea)
Specific skills tests (e.g. JFT-Basic for Japan, EPS system for South Korea), language training and employer-specific visas.
